autocorrel()

loos.Voronoi.lipid_lifetime.autocorrel	(		timeseries,
			expected = None )

Computes the autocorrelation function for a set of timeseries.

Destroys the timeseries matrix.
Does not trap for timeseries with zero std dev (e.g. all constant)
